A structured processing line — from paddy procurement through milling, sorting, quality verification, and organized dispatch.
The process begins at the field level. Shazab Cheema oversees agricultural procurement — selecting varieties, managing grower relationships, and evaluating crop quality before any purchase is confirmed. This upstream oversight means that raw material entering the mill already meets a baseline standard before formal quality checks begin.
On intake, each lot is assessed for moisture content, grain quality, and foreign matter. Non-conforming lots are not accepted into the processing line.

The milling sequence removes husk and bran layers through hulling, whitening, and polishing. The facility's 12–13 ton processing unit is equipped with modern machinery that controls layer removal without excessive grain breakage — preserving grain integrity across the output.
For parboiled products — steam and sella varieties — paddy undergoes pre-milling soaking, steaming, and drying before the standard milling sequence begins.

Milled rice passes through an electronic sorting line that separates discolored grains, broken pieces, and foreign matter. Length-based grading separates full grains from brokens to match product-specific specifications.
The in-house quality lab runs checks on every lot — measuring grain length with precision gauges, verifying moisture levels, and assessing visual and cooking properties of representative samples. Results are recorded per lot before the product is approved for packing.

Approved rice is weighed, packed, and sealed on the packing floor according to buyer specifications. Each unit is checked for weight accuracy and seal integrity before being moved to the dispatch area.
Export containers are loaded on-site and sealed under direct supervision — with dispatch documentation covering lot reference, quantity, and shipment details prepared at the time of dispatch.
